At Tech World, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure all products are quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or wrong product, our return and replacement policy is here to help.


✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement If:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You raise a request within 3 days of delivery.


🚫 Not Eligible for Return If:

  • Product is damaged after use or mishandled.

  • Item was bought on clearance or special discount (unless defective).

  • Product is returned without original box, accessories, or invoice.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 working days after product inspection.
